I’m sick of the poor quality produce. Every time I get a “fresh” salad from them the lettuce is not just wilted but black and rotten. I opened 2 packs then and they just stank. The other produce is not even close to fresh. They reject a farmers produce even if it has the slightest blemish and yet are so poor themselves. Woolies are NOT the fresh food people. Nothing but hypocrites!

Went shopping Friday morning early. 1 checkout open for big shop. 1 on express. Repeatedly asked assistant in self service for more staff. The sign on her back said we're here to help". Excuses no staff. Didn't know if manager was working. I'm 73. Don't like self service. Apparently there is a blick on more staff. Plenty of staff for online

Layout is very poor. Bread and milk should be at front of store, makes it easier for Disabled people like myself to get to them

I went shopping todayThere was only 2 checkouts opened .The poor girls were at lest 10 trolleys deep (large orders )No other staff available to open up more registers..Unhappy customers, paying large amount of money waiting 20 to half an hour to go through..This is not good enough..Think Coles will be next weeks shopping adventure..

I agree totally with the previous review.The fresh!!!! vegetables are terrible.Off to Aldi again, to get heaps better quality.

So slow, no staff! Checkouts are terrible who wants to pay for food and checkout themselves… it’s appalling! If something is broken you the customer need to go get a new one … the Staff are rude not helpful, and always letting customers no there is no staff and it’s no one’s fault but management… the wait is about an hour start opening check outs and not only the express checkout.
