My father has recently become a resident at the RSL Kokoda Retirement Village in Ballina. He is absolutely delighted with his apartment, the facilities and the terrific welcome he has received from the staff and other residents.

Utterly disgusting organisation. They use up staff to the point of causing disabilities then treat them like garbage. If you dare question why you are working an entire ward alone for years on end or how unsafe it is for residents and staff they blacklist you further. Zero loyalty or respect for their hard working staff and this is felt by many.
