Hands down the worst customer service experience I've come across!!!After purchasing a property with a pool, I noticed the filter not working correctly and when vacuuming the dirt come straight back in through the Jets. Spoke to the previous owner to ask if the parts are still under warranty as the pools only 2 years old and she told me Somerset pools installed it. I then called up Somerset pools and the woman put me on speaker to explain the issue to the owner Darren or darryl. While explaining to him that my cartridge filter outport" is blocked off and not connected
