Shop itself is fine, don't recommend home delivery as it's a real nightmare. 1 st home delivery I could track, then suddenly it said delivered. Not able to contact driver after delivery! I was just home from hospital and my husband has a walker. Didn't even go back and re-deliver.2nd delivery today, days delivered again and not to home address. Was contacting Coles when driver actually turned up. Wait till it's a Coles delivery and NOT partnered

Absolutely hopeless, their need for making money over rules common-sense.Taking away the deli and installing fridges has lost me as a customer forever, I liked the staff their and if Coles won't support them, I'm not supporting Coles, fullstop.So rude, they want us to buy from them yet, they treat our workers like trash.Bye bye Coles, see ya never !

I can't find any thing.They don't have stuff they had before . I can't get deven 5 slices.It lost the way of serving the costumers.No nice deli. The only good thing that's good is the workers. Not a happy costumerA.

One of the smaller Coles but is convenient with fair amount of parking. Unfortunately expensive to shop both at Coles and Woolies lately.

My teenage son ran into Coles for me this evening to get some night nappies for his Autistic little brother as I am unwell.He asked for assistance to find the nappies and the Coles Worker looked him up and down like he was garbage and said something I won't repeat under her breath before pointing him in the right direction.This same Coles Worker happened to be walking past when he was attempting to place the nappies into the bag with one arm, as his other arm is in a sling due to him breaking his wrist in a mountain biking accident last week. He asked if she could help him with the bag. She rolled her eyes and sighed, said No

WellIt was wet , difficult..,yetThe staff at Umina Coles were lovely, they helped me with my wet gear and told me exactly which isle my stuff was in.. YES in and out ,just how I like it.. the choice of music kept me in, until the end of that song..I love it.. After that I saved a shiny green bug

Went in to buy flowers. Found them easily and got a lovely bunch for $12. Paid with self check out.
