I may be the first to review Genine, but I won't be the last. We trusted her with our rural Byron property because we had stayed at her beautiful rental property and loved her style, and she smashed it out of the park. She understood our brief from the start and used her own unique themes to create something classic and lasting. Her natural positivity, charm and easy-going nature made her an easy choice for our next commercial project, a restaurant in Sydney, and she blew us away there too. Genine did a great job for us, helping us plan a major renovation.

I am delighted with the results Genine provided for us. After I outlined Genine what I liked, she showed me exactly the renovation materials I loved. Importantly, she incorporated her creative recommendations into the project, transforming it into a unique living space. I also enjoy working with Genine, who has an instinctive yet gifted taste in colour and ideas, bringing depth to her design.

Genine came up with great design solutions out of left field. I have used her services twice and both times have ended up with spaces that work more efficiently and are aesthetically pleasing.

From the moment I began the design process with Genine I was blown away by her ideas and advice - I knew straightaway I had made the perfect choice with Genine to design my internal spaces of my tricky heritage renovation. I was feeling so overwhelmed and driving myself crazy in making the decisions myself and as soon as Genine stepped in she made the process so easy and seamless . The design of my joinery and cabinetry for all my rooms is out of this world and without hesitation I would highly recommend Genine Noakes and her team. Genine and her team listened carefully and understood what we were trying to accomplish and was able to translate our ideas and budget into a realistic plan. Genine renovated our beachside home in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, prior to us putting it on the market for sale.Genine is engaging and knows her game. I trusted her from get go.With a small brief to go by, I literally gave her the keys and believed in the step by step process that she had described and quoted us.Genine is hard worker and very hands on whilst simultaneously, designing, styling and project managing. Without me asking, my neighbours commented that she was the first to arrive in the morning and the last to leave at night, and was there every day so she could meet our tight deadline.Eight weeks later (and on budget) she transformed every space of our home into a style envy magazine cover. I wanted to buy it. Needless to say our home sold way over our reserve.I cannot recommend Genine’s services highly enough. Go on meet her. You won’t be disappointed. Not only will you love the woman. She will also deliver way above your expectations.

We have worked on several projects with Genine, the latest being a full renovation of a sub-penthouse apartment.  She is amazing and manages every detail of the project from start to finish.  She is excellent a being able to efficiently utilise even small spaces, the kitchen she designed is very user friendly and functional.  She is always available and does all the leg work which in turn saved us loads of time.  We would highly recommend her.
