Mecca Cosmetica Albert Park

Walked into Mecca in Albert Park Village to grab a face sunblock and walked out with a new skin regime. Can highly recommend my experience there especially with one particular staff member, Charlotte. She listened and addressed my skin concerns and didn’t try to sell for the sake of selling. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Just had a facial. Nina recommended I try that when looking at some new skin care.Milana did my facial. She listened to my concerns, explained all the products and made some great recommendations. Skin feels phenomenal and I will definitely be back.

Gave two stars because the product I wanted was sold out everywhere including their online store, only the Albert park store was showing they have it in stock. On arrival, the store was very quiet; there was only one other customer there they were serving; the store probably had about 5 or 6 staff working at the time I visited so they weren’t busy at all. I noticed the other customer was getting much better customer service compare to how they were serving me let alone the distinctive stares I got from all of the staff were as if they’ve never seen anyone like me (different race) before; the looks weren’t friendly at all like they were trying to intimidate me LOL! Pfffttt well I tell you what, I did not feel intimidated at all! PLEASE DO BETTER!!

I worked in dermatology and asked the girls some questions they were really very helpful and very knowledgeable - good vibes in this store excellent customer service I now travel their instead of going to the Brighton Mecca store just because of the extra mile the store assistants go to even going out the back to find me a beauty box that was sold out everywhere else

Very good service. All staff are well trained in product knowledge and natural customer service. Yes you can spend a lot of money here but they sell you what you need to look beautiful and younger. I came in for my wife but there is a considerable amount of unisex products. Not just makeup.

Walked in feeling so overwhelmed with so many brands and choices, but was immediately impressed with the quality of support and care from the lovely ladies there. I was so excited to see how to fix my poor skin routine and bring the glow to my tired and sad skin. No longer intimidated and would recommend anyone who has ever had overwhelm before, to take a trip to Mecca in Albert Park, you won’t be disappointed!!!Thank you so much to the lovely ladies that made my day xx

I had a terrific experience here. I walked in off the street to a bustling and joyful vibe, and I was greeted immediately by staff including store manager, Nina, and a beautiful and confident beautician, Katia, who gave me a wonderful makeover.The experience was welcoming, uplifting, insightful, and inspiring. I purchased some of the lovely products. The service was professional, impressive and delivered with a real joy.I'm looking forward to returning for a facial and further exploration. Just had an express facial service done and I cannot recommend skin specialist Niamh enough. She has incredible knowledge about skin and products, ensuring I get exactly what my skin needs. The service overall was such a relaxing experience, winding down and having nice chats with the Mecca employees and managers. I’ll definitely be booking with them again! :D
