All the staff are absolutely lovely! Dr Kathleen is meticulous and makes going to the dentist something to look forward to. I drive an hour to get to this clinic and it's absolutely worth it.

I have had only wonderful experiences with Dr Kathleen. She has expertise, knowledge and empathy beyond any other dentist I've visited. Her dental practice and team were warm and inviting and provided me with the best experience possible.

After trying for weeks to get in contact to schedule an appointment, finally somebody got back to me. Had my appointment booked in. Replied Yes to my confirmation texts.The day of my appointment I arrived and to be met with a locked door and a sign saying power was out, the lady in the office mouthed to me aggressively “power is out!”. In a normal circumstance I would’ve understood, however after driving 30 minutes with no call, email or text to notify me that my appointment was cancelled or the power was out has left me extremely disappointed.I am somebody who works in an industry where I also have customers who schedule appointments and I would never in a million years ghost any of my clients/customers and not contact them about cancelling an appointment - especially a NEW CUSTOMER. Now to drive home and waste another 30 mins in time and petrol - and to find another dental appointment somewhere else on short notice which is virtually impossible in these times. Thanks for that!

Other locals recommended Yarra Valley Dental and after three visits I am very pleased I came.Dr Kathleen assessed my teeth, discussed the options with me, and provided a detailed schedule of visits with all work itemised and costed in advance. The charges are very reasonable.The staff are very caring and friendly and place a high priority on helping clients feel relaxed and valued.
