Bunnings, is a major hardware supplier in Australia. It is a one stop shop, I love it because it has everything I needed so far, from tools to materials for home maintenance. If you have any questions you can always find staff that are happy to help. I had a helpful staff assistance with finding and recommending a solution with the type of hose and fittings.The prices I find are usually the cheapest and products are in supply.Highly recommend this store if you need to do some handyman work.

Very large Bunnings with a huge range. Our first visit, so took us a while to find our way around. We didn't have time to explore all sections, but we will return. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large car park.

Familiar layout and pricing to what you would expect from a Bunnings.However the customer service needs improvement, after multiple visits at different times I've found staff to be unconcerned with trying to fix issues and just an unpleasant experience.

Review on special requests desk. Though product was not bought at Bunningsthey resolved my issue with Sabco spin mob by guiding to check with Sabco as those components are not for sale and would never be available to buy.Also assured me that as it’s new items that had missing part, Sabco would consider it.Sabco customer service was also courteous to send the component hassle free.Felt really special

Got ripped off and charged twice for swapping a brand new gas bottle for a smaller one. The whole team wanted to help us and even offered to help us when she’s not there but the blonde manager there was such a Karen and insisting on us paying another $30 so overall we paid almost $70 for a small gas bottle! Didn’t want to refund the $30 we paid in Alice springs Bunnings! Apparently they’re not the same! So rude and didn’t want to try and and come up with a fair solution. There’s no need for it!

I came to buy rangehood I/N0229596 . It advertised $275 and I asked the staff member to get me this product. He scanned and said it is gone to $422 however still sticker says $275. No sure how can you ask nearly $150 more than your advertising price. Very disappointing standards of service. They lost one of there regular customer.

Another visit to Bunnings that made our day. Richard is an asset to the team. He’s helped us a few times now and I can only describe his manner as treating you like a member of his own family and immediately putting you at ease. He takes genuine care not only to find what you’re after but when it helps he’ll ask what you’re doing and see if there’s another way — sometimes more affordably — which couldn’t better demonstrate why we love Bunnings.
