We used Brax Furniture Removals for a recent house move based on their price and flexibility with our particular timings. The two removalists arrived at the time booked, were friendly, hardworking, and worked tirelessly until the job was done. We never saw them taking a break or procrastinating in their work. The delivery address had awkward access via a medium sized lift but they set up a system where there was no downtime in moving our boxes and furniture. In relation to our move, we could not fault them and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

Ripped our leather lounge while moving house. Owner committed to send someone to fix it and took the whole payment on good terms. Then no further communication from them. And still has not get it fixed after 3 weeks. We followed up and he is clearly trying to avoid the issue.
