VicRoads - Ararat Customer Service Centre
Very efficient and friendly service for registration renewal. They even sorted out my problem with trying to register for an online account. Do be aware that they close for lunch break. Another staffer locked the door while I was being attended to - not sure what the time was, but around 12 to 12.15.

Had a great experience here. Was helped by Jackie and she was polite and helpful. The other guy was friendly with all the customers and they were both efficient but friendly.

Incredibly short staffed for the level of customer demand. Had to wait for ages to even get inside. They also are closed from 12pm-12:30pm so had to come back a second time. One staff member was incredibly short and rude for no reason, didn't apologize for the wait or mistakes she made. Was even rude to a 16 yr old who was incredibly nervous going for his L's alone. Customer service needs to be dramatically improved. They also close at 4:30pm which is far too early for people who work to be able to use their services.

The lady with the short fair hair couldn't have been more helpful. And on our way out , she thanked us for our patience for waiting outside for 5 to 10 minutes before we could enter. That was very nice for her to say that.

One of the staff is very hard to deal with and is unnecessarily rude. Not hard to put on a smile and deal with people in a respectful way.

Had to use the Ararat office this morning,about 9ish,people waiting outside time about 15 to 20 minutes.Lady was very apologetic about having to wait outside and when I got in the service was great,thank you.
