2:30pm 11/10/2020 So was Honestly best Subway sandwich I have ever had however customer service skills slightly lacking no one seemed happy to be happy working there and jade was making a strange head gesture to co worker whilst serving us not really fussed at that but when this young lady reached to the bottom of the tomato tin and placed old wrinkly skin tomato's on my sandwich I instantly lost any interest in returning for another six months so pulled the tomato off rather enjoyed it so recap great food bad service hence the 3 star review can't knock good food but won't tolerate bad service to get it Like Most !!!

The last time I went to subway, the worker didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Half my sandwich was missing salad, forgot to put my meat on it and then proceeded to not wrap it correctly and didn’t ask someone else’s to help him when he couldn’t do it. It also took 15 minutes for them to make my order when I was the only one being served.

Food was very nice. Great survice. But compared to the amount of toppings you use to get to now, I thought was on the average side for the amount the put in. Other then that was a very good experience.

Only giving one star because I can’t give it any less. There is carrot that looks like it’s been living stuck on the utensils rent free for 5 years. If you don’t leave with food poisoning, you’re bound to catch something. I don’t know why you pay extra for Avocado because you get hardly any. I don’t exactly want to start yelling more like a child cracking a tantrum, but they could at least give you enough to taste.

I understand they were learners but it took 25mins to make our food. (2 simple subs) and one person Infront of us with a simple 6inch sub. All of us in line were saying how slow they were moving. Appreciate them taking their time to make our food look good however we not food critics we just wanna eat our food. And by the time we get them they had gone soggy from waiting for them

Not covid safe at all. Marks on the floor (where they do exist) is severely worn. Was actually asked by the person serving me to bunch up and I copped attitude when I mentioned that an entire line of people shoulder to shoulder isn't covid safe. No covid marshal. What a joke. I suppose I should be thankful they were at least wearing masks.

This subway won't take orders online, they close a 5pm so you can't get dinner and if you go in person they won't allow you to buy 6 subs in order to feed your family, they obviously don't want money would have been $70 plus for 10 mins making 6 sandwiches which would have paid nearly a days wage for a staff member. I'm guessing the store must be being used as a front" for other behind the scene Nefarious activities. Perhaps you can get other products there other then a Sandwich. Imagine that a sandwich shop that doesn't like making sandwiches for money."

Who knows why I returned after the previous bad experience. Astoundingly slow service, waited in line for over 15 minutes, one staff member preparing the rolls as one ran around refilling the salads (that did not need replacing) whilst two others stood around the corner all while people were lining up out the door. Might be a hard concept but understand your busy periods and prepare earlier
