Thanks to Macktronic for installing our new PA system. Brock was fabulous to deal with- so professional and knoweldgable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I have relied on Gareth and the team for the past four years to service my security system in my home. Whenever I call nothing is too much trouble, including working around my work schedules to fit in a suitable time to complete repairs. Justin’s visit today was preceded by a courtesy call half an hour before arrival which is great and he is always happy to go over operation details including sending a follow email with instructions for later reference. I couldn’t recommend Macktronix more highly if you are looking for professional, friendly and prompt service from people who are experts in their field.

Gareth from Mactronix has been a godsend for us given the service we have received over the past 12 months from himself and other members of the team Our situation was complicated by distance not living in Albury. The attention to detail, willingness to assist us and go beyond the norm at times was really appreciated. The products provided do an excellent job, the ability to arm/disarm and see the property remotely was critical, and I would highly recommend their services.

Macktronics were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gareth allowed me into his own home to help make a decision on what to go with. He was always available to take phone calls and was very knowledgeable in his field. Our project was not straight forward and Brock and his team of installers did an amazing job in getting us to the finish line. Hi, we recently had our Satellite NBN decommissioned and replaced with Starlink by two Macktronix technicians, Justin and Seb. We couldn't have been more happy with the installation experience. The guys arrived at the agreed time, were polite and friendly, above all absolutely professional. They not only undertook a seamless installation but changed the settings on all our devices (including TV, music system, Wi fi extender, mobile phones etc) along with explaining in simple terms the new system. If you want a hassle free experience don't hesitate to contact Macktronix and ask for Justin or Seb and you won't be disappointed.
