Jess did an amazing job restyling and colouring my mid-length hair. She has a great instinct for what her clients both want and need. Her colleagues also looked after my two young sons - vastly better cuts than they have ever received at walk-in places in Woden and better priced too.

Jess is the best! She does a great job with Asian hair and I travel from the other side of Canberra for a quality haircut from Define Hair.

I went in and was greeted by this lovely lady and the salon smelled great, unlike other salons that smell like burned hair. She washed my hair and had great customer personablity. I was taken to the owner who did an amazing job restyling my hair, after initially cutting my hair she realised my hair was too bulky and offered a solution to resolve the issue that I honestly faced many times with short hair cuts. The owner completed the hair cut and honestly I am in love with it. This salon is a stand out! Will definitely be going back!

Great suburban hair salon! Professional, good cuts and well priced

Attended Define Hair Design at Hughes today just to get a hair cut. Got served by a lovely lady at the register as soon as entered the salon. As I just sat down, a lady by name of Janie came and introduced herself. Janie listened to what I wanted (just a trim to get rid of dead and split ends and some layers). She checked in regularly with me during the cut to make sure I was happy with length and styling. From the beginning to the end of the service, I was extremely satisfied and price was very reasonable. Thanks Janie and the other staff at Define Hair Design for a great experience! I think I have finally found a hair dresser that I will be regularly using. Would highly recommend!
