And shipped interstate with no delivery charge. How good is that!?As for the Apollo City Pro - this is a great scooter. The City Pro's power, performance, suspension and self healing tyres eat up the bike paths on my 10km commute. The built in App includes an immobiliser - important piece of mind following the theft of my last ride.I couldn't be happier with the Apollo or the team at Electric Kicks.

Electric Kicks is hands down the best company I've delt with in terms of customer service. I asked about when a product would come back in stock and instead they found stock, called me, set up a way that I could pay for it and helped me with it at 7:40PM on a Friday night?!? The scooter Apollo City Pro is good. It has a very clean and beautiful design. On the road you feel confident, it is strong and elegant. You don't see the typical screws and cables like other scooters. The acceleration is like a Tesla. I am 174 and weigh 75 kg. This model is perfect for me. It is heavy but not as heavy as others. The regenerative brake is amazing, practically I have not used the brakes, only the regenerative one. The turn signal lights are a bit hidden. The battery is ok, it is as they say on the website. You have to check the tires every 5 days. I recommend a pump with a battery. I bought Xiaomi, it is very good. Charging the battery is quite fast. The accelerator is a bit hard for me. After a while it gets a bit tiring. The connection and configuration with the application is super easy and fast. The shipment took longer than expected. The team is wonderful. He kept me in touch by messages and email with my shipment. Many companies should be like the Electric Kicks team. For the minor inconveniences I cannot take away stars. Nothing is perfect in this world. Good job guys!

Excellent BikeI researched the ebike market extensively until I settled upon a price point I was happy with, then dived deeper into the options available in that category. I read and watched multiple reviews on so many bikes, my head was spinning but one bike kept showing up as the best value, best performer.It has so many features others don't have.The sole Australian supplier is located in Melbourne so I was unable to test drive it on the Gold Coast; so I took quite a risk to buy online; but I'm glad I did. Plenty instructional videos and info available to make assembly super-easy.The Aventon Level.2 is everything I expected, and more. It's a cracker of a bike and I couldn't be happier. It's a great ride. Fits me like a glove. And it's a pretty good looking rig too. Gets plenty of positive comments. Do your own research or just go for it.

Disappointed in my Apollo Phantom broken out of the box. Look not Ek's fault but took over a month and lots of complaining to get some action on it. Had to eventually post back to Melbs from Perth but the whole time I was without transport. Turned out battery was a dud straight out of the box. When it arrived back in Perth the box was all ripped open on the bottom and all the parts were missing (I didn't complain because I was broken by this stage and thought it would just fall on deaf ears). Look I'm sure EK are a great company and the people that work there I just wouldn't do it again living in Perth I would go local because like anything with a Battery you need local support and I was left high and dry straight out of the box. They do have a service guy here but I was at the the back of 65 scooters! I tried to review with the link they sent but it timed out by the time I actually could review lol so its going on here!Overall the scooter is great looking and very smooth suspension to ride. Throttle is very jerky its flat out or nothing. fingers crossed it keeps going for me for a long time.

I lost my license due to a medical episode and didn’t know how I was going to get around on my own. I was hesitant about getting a scooter, but the guys at Electric kick were freakin awesome and now I have the Apollo phantom which has been brilliant! To back that up their customer service was so good I had a meeting with my own customer service team about implementing their service it was that good. Total confidence in this company which is hard to find, especially when investing in a scooter for the first time.
