Booked my car in for new tyres. Turned up at the booking time- was told they would need my car for 1.5hours. Went for a walk in the rain with my toddler to fill time, when I came back my car hadn’t even been touched yet.They’re to busy prioritising walk in jobs to care about bookings. I had to go to another appointment so they then rushed my car through. My car has been shaking when I reach high speeds, I took it elsewhere to then have to pay to have the wheels all balanced. This was supposed to have been completed with the new tyres!Business had had a change of ownership- wouldn’t recommend and most certainly won’t return!

They’ve assisted me at very short notice more than once, nothing is ever too much trouble. I can’t recommend these wonderful people enough. Purchased new tyre decUse of puncture and got wheel alignment 15000 kms ago. Took the car back 2 weeks after because it was not driving right. They told me that the alignment was good and it was the tyres causing the problem,. Got the car serviced yesterday and the front tyres were completely scrubbed out and the wheel alignment wae out by over 8mm. Would not trust them again!

These guys are awesome. Just had my 4 tyres on me territory changed with a wheel alignment to go with it and it feels like a different car now and so much quieter. Greg and Monika are the legends that took care of me and finding the perfect tyres to suit my budget and i couldn’t be happier. I took my car to 2 tyre shops prior to get an annoying problem resolved but couldn’t execute it until i took it down to Mansons and they perfected it with no issue. Best service and professionalism I’ve seen in a long time, they really do care about you. Can’t wait to bring my weekender down for some new shoes too!! Definitely recommend these guys any day of the week!!

Great service experience. Everybody in the business has a customer service focus. Not at all contrived, just real service with honest technical advice and fair pricing. I needed 4 quality tyres for a Corolla + 2 wheel balances. All done, no problems. Highly recommended.
