Sam and his team helped me repair my SUV. Obviously I expected him to do a fantastic job which he did, but what really impressed me is his commitment to getting it done on time as initially agreed. Other repairers were quoting me five days but Sam said two days upfront. Sam is also friendly and has the patience to explain the details.

Sam was amazing with my car. After an unaware neighbour backed into my parked car on the street, I had the fun of dealing with the damage. Sam was honest and upfront throughout the entire process. Gave me a quote, got it cleared through their insurance and then sent updates throughout. I was aware of when the parts were coming, had photos once they were fitted and then had the car ready to go on the day he said it would be. It looks brand new again.I high recommend Sam and the guys at Hills Custom Smash Repairs.

I recently had the right side of my Lexus stripped & repainted by Sam , remnants from a shoddy previous job by someone else. Given that there was rust underneath most other smash repairers did not even want to to touch as it was too hard. Sam took it on without any hesitation & did an amazing job , on budget & on time. It was a pleasure dealing with Sam & I’ll definitely go back to him in future and would highly recommend him.

Excellent, Excellent service, walked in without a booking and explained my situation. Sam and the team were more than happy to help, they took my car with enthusiasm. They went out of their way to fit me in to their schedule and worked on my car, kept me up to date throughout the repairs. Later discovered that Sam is very efficient thanks to his team and he also has a double The talking bird" giving orders

Amazing service by Sam and his team. Very meticulous, detailed and timely.My car was hit by someone who, of course, did not stop but ran away. And as a result, the passenger side was damaged from the bumper to the side panel including the windscreen. I had to get all these repaired to make it look as good as new.Sam welcomed me well and explained to me the details.He also kept me updated throughout the period when the car was in his garage for repairs.I got the car as brand new back from the showroom. Excellent work with no regrets!!

Took the car to Sam for some significant hail damage repair as instructed by my insurance company.Sam did a great job in organising the work to be done and providing a quick estimation for the Insurance company.Took the car in agreed and got it back a few days later all repaired.Great service and and a great job. Would definitely recommend.

A+++ These guys were fantastic! Pricing wise, the person who hit our car didn't want to go via insurance and their quote was the best.Beyond that, the quality of the repair was fantastic. It looks even better than it did before and they went above and beyond, even fixing a minor scratch somewhere else on the car that wasn't part of the job/quote!Lastly, once ready, they cleaned the car both inside and out. First class service and work quality!

I am a member of a few car clubs and Sam from Hills Custom smash repairs kept getting mentioned, so i gave Sam a ring and brought my 1994 VR Clubsport to him for a quote on a close door repray and some general tidy up of the body work.Sam and the team are absolute fantastic to deal with from start to finish.... They went above and beyond on my vehicle and the level of care and passion is clearly evident in the little details!I wouldnt take my pride and joy anywhere else and cannot recommend these guys enough!
