Great place and food! Very friendly staff!! Enjoyed every second spend in here. This should be the spirit of team working! It was fascinating to see the enthusiasm and the smily faces inside! Keep it up! Greeting a customer with a great smile itself is the great thing to see.

The burgers never look like the pictured burger. When you see the photo, that is what you expect. Food has been bad for a while now, how hard can it be to make a tasty burger!!! This store just keeps getting worse.

I ordered a meal for my partner and I on the 19/6 could not eat the burgers as was squashed and sauces made paper round burgers rip, they offered to replace the burgers so i thought yea all good all sorted but go to get replacement burgers was not the same as original order, this happened twice and on the 3rd replacement attempt they have actually gave us a burger with chicken that was partly raw. If I could give 0 starts or even minus stars I certainly would be.

I received luke warm chips and the burger was only slightly warmer. It's not the first time this has happened. I'm very disappointed with the food.

There was one other person waiting in store and yet they pumped out 3 online orders and barely acknowledged the then 6 people who had ordered in the store. The customers that come in are just as valuable. They need better customer service.

Ordered 2 large chocolate thick shakes. Got them home....they were vanilla. Total let down and waste of money. Got no interest in plain vanilla :-(

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have an allergy to tomatoes and 9 times out of 10 i ask for no tomato on my meal if it has it. And 9 times out of 10 it's correct. If I make a mistake they are happy to help and if they make a mistake it always gets rectified. They care for the customer, thats why the food can be amazing if not perfect.

Came through the drive-thru and ordered the new Bubble-Gum Storm! Tasted just like my childhood memories of the bubble-gum toothpaste. Excellent service - welcomed at the speaker box quickly and asked about my day. Extremely happy with this service and will definitely come back :)
