Recently when I had a plumbing emergency in my rented apartment, the quick response, decisiveness and empathy of the property manager for Brisbane (Kiara Morrice) was greatly appreciated and made a very stressful situation that bit more manageable and thankfully ended up averting a crisis! Couldn't recommend Adams and Jones more.

Catherine was unfortunately rude and very difficult to contact when things are trying to be resolved. Does not know how to efficiently resolve conflict and ignores anything not in her interest. We found her quite cunning and spiteful. Would avoid if possible. The reception at the agency was helpful and lovely even when it wasnt self serving.

The girls at Adams & Jones emerald are great to rent through have had nothing but a positive experience we have been with them for 3 years now and have just moved into a new house and they were fantastic, our property manager is absolutely lovely to work with . Great communication, has answered every question and solved any issues we have had.
