Went shopping with my brother for a heavy coat, the shop assistant Daniel was so helpful with suggestions and sizing, and even told us how to get 10% off. Just a super helpful person, so wonderful and friendly.

After major surgery I needed to purchase some comfortable pants and shirt. I went to Birkenhead point looked around found the Superdry at last somebody was human. Staff looked after me very well I purchased a few items which were good value and very comfortable I have a Superdry hoodie which is many years old and I was happy to see quality in the new hoodies hadn't diminished at all the quality of textiles in SuperDry products is what makes them worth buying. I've lived in Japan for many years and have become to expect good service so thanks again for your good service and compassion regards Gavin

There are excellent sale prices of the usually-expensive Superdry brand and a pretty wide variety of clothes as well! The dude working there was awesome and really chill as well, and also introduced me to another sporty brand too. Superdry is an excellent brand for comfort and style!

Heaps of option, staffs are very helpful and attentive especially superdry guy named Tony he did amazing job, he chooses the right style for his customer ! Definitely recommend!!!
