Came in to buy a scarf from here and the SA didn’t even come to show me the scarves. I looked at them myself. I would have appreciated a discussion discussing the different fabrics and the overall wear of each. Nevertheless happy with my purchase not so much the service though….

There is always a queue outside this store. However, once you enter someone is there to attend to you straight away without having to wonder around the shop to wait to be attended to.I already knew what I wanted so I told the girl to get me the bag for me to try, she also suggested a few similar styles that I might like which was great. We were there for about 15-20mins deciding and she was very attentive, we noticed the other customers were offered refreshments upon arrival but we weren’t offered any and we didn’t want to ask either. Once decided she went to the back to get the bag but took quite her time to come back. We check the bag and paid, total of approx 40mins in store.

My review is not purely based on gucci Chadstone but the brand itself and the management. I got a Gucci watch as a gift and for an expensive watch the Gucci flagship colours on the band were coming off.I did personally on a seperate occasion damaged the band which caused other damage. The actual watch face also started to decide to turn its self around.A after taking it to Gucci Chadstone I was advised after two weeks a 1.2k repair price, the watch was worth 1.6k. Further to this it was all under warranty, I told them I am happy to just have the actual watch repaired as the band I can live with as I contributed to some of the damage. Senior management were supposed to get back to me, I followed up with Ebony as she has great getting back to me ,although I am yet to get my watch back or an answer what is going on with it after being over 4-5 weeks.Disappointing customer service for such a high end expensive brand.

The store is lovely and although I had to wait for around 30minutes, it wasn't a bad experience as I went there when it was Sunday and with coming Christmas, I understand that there will be a long queue. Also, they gave me a drink for waiting for a long period of time. When you reach the front of the queue, a staff will come to you and she/he will help you out one by one. Personally, she was really kind and showed me all the bags/wallet that I wanted to see and she even write for me the serial number and the price so that when I get back to the store, I can find what I want right away. She was lovely. So, I don't mind the queue and will go back again.

The best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Wanted to buy myself a small wallet but not sure which one to get, the staff member was very nice and showed me several wallets. She also offered me and my friend sparkling water. The staff was also very familiar with the products they as she introduced the handbag I was interested in detail and with patient. The wallet is in very good quality as well. I am very satisfied with my experience with Gucci this time, product is in good quality, team members are extremely patient:)

Bought a bag from here with my mum in September. We both had a lovely experience in store with the young lady who served us. She took us through a number of bags in the size and style we were looking at. In love with the bag I purchased thank you.

Purchased a men’s wallet from Gucci Chadstone, after not even 6 months, the wallet seam and stitching have come apart and Gucci are refusing to replace the wallet as there is no warranty for them. Would not recommend spending your money at this store or at any Gucci store.
