Repaired my fav T-shirt hem and the kangaroo pocket on my fav hoodie. 30 min walk in service for both items. Lovely service, great quality and great price. So glad to have found a decent, local alterations place! Highly recommend.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Had the hem on my suit pants done in 20 mins flat with excellent workmanship. Will definitely be back. Super affordable

I can't recommend Bayswater alterations enough! he saved my butt by finding a solution for me to alter multiple straps on a ski bib I bought that was too large right before my ski trip which would have been almost unusable otherwise. The results were exactly what I had hoped for and the price was incredibly reasonable.I also had some work pants taken in previously and the work was done extremely quick and to a high standard. A++ !

Great service, called up last minute to see if it would be okay to come down, and if alterations would be done the same day, was very happy, alterations were done to exceptional standards within 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning!Also opening hours Monday-Friday where 9.30-3pm not 5pm, I can't remember weekend opening hours, though they are definitely open.10/10

Fantastic customer service from the gentleman who works here. He was able to show me how the stitch was going to look on my dress before going forward with the changes which was really helpful. He took my dress up in only 15 minutes and was very well priced. I will definitely be returning in the future.
