He removed my mums old oven and installed her new one. He was very professional and polite. He also changed the light bulb in her laundry without charging for the service. He took away her old oven for disposal and cleaned up his mess.

A class gasfitters installed a 900mm freestanding dual fuel stove/oven. The installer was rude and unprofessional. Charged us more than quoted for his mistake. He claimed he did not know the installation requirements of the product and that he would have to return the next day to finish installation after the electrician had been, and would need to charge us a second call out fee. Surprisingly, later said he had installed 2 of them previously. Spoke to us in a very rude and unpolite manner. Threatened to leave without installing it, even though we had people coming for dinner.Certainly not A class service. Certainly would steer clear next time.
