We had such a pleasant experience with Dion at Dash Real Estate. Dion was highly responsive and we were kept informed each day. It took less than 48 hours for us to be accepted for the property we applied for via Dash. To put it into perspective we had signed the lease agreement and organised our electricity for the new property before we heard anything back from another real estate we had a rental application with.
