Logiwest Express

We have used Logiwest for more than 4 years now and have on a fairly consistent basis experienced poor service.This includes incoherent proof of deliveries (non existent employees, wrong names, courier self signatures), incorrect stated pick up times, inconsistencies internally with reasons for delays on orders. While I do understand that these things happen, what is most frustrating is there doesn't seem to be much accountability when things do go side ways, which does not lend itself to a trusted logistics provider.As with any business, I am sure there are other customers out there who have had a wonderful experience with Logiwest, however we have not.

call center might as well be manned by a bunch of primary school studentsmissing packages,dont call back as promised,- yeah you Julieask the same questions multiple times,100% will never use again

Unfortunately this my first experience with this service’ had arranged with this company using their services, to leave parcel at property if nobody available! Have explained my address 4 times, but somehow still unable to correct this!

I'm sorry but these guys are absolutely hopeless! They have had a delivery for us sitting in their warehouse for weeks. Each time you call they go through the same process again and say they will check and get back to you. They don't! In the end I think we'll have to hire a truck and pick up the goods from their warehouse ourselves.

Exceptional service, Fast & reliable. My account manager is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with, they're able to assist with a myriad of enquiries from outside of the normal delivery requests to near same-day delivery to some of our more eager customers.

Somebody should teach customer service a manner as I book the job today, first she was not understanding English or the way roads are in Australia. She had bad temper behind the phone and after giving me the refrence number, she hanged up on me. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Very bad experience with Logiwest customer service.

Parcel number: RX1021I shipped 2 blinds and they have all been damaged. I tried to bended back at the end I fixed one. However another one which is about $42 is gone. After negotiation the result is THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Their insurance only cover lost item. What the heck is that? You lose me as a client. First time gave 1 start I wish it could go even lower.

So fantastic! I made an enquiry on line, had a very fast and positive response. I am a really small client but I felt like my situation was important to them. They got the job done! I am stoked, thank you, thank you.
