I used purple cow to remove soft clay and dirt from my house. Beware they charge via tonne and not cubic metres. Their customer service and front desk are extremely rude and difficult to talkTo. They also hold your credit card data and charge for overs without asking, this is very poor service. I would question whether this business is PCI:DSS compliant and follow 27001 standards for storing customer pii data. I do not recommend.

Would not recommend, emailed from there website one day, called the next, followed up a 3rd day just to get a small pile of rubbish picked up, even sent them a photo and just 0 response, person on the phone just said to email and hung up. Called another company in the Illawarra, had it booked within 10 minutes and all sorted. Use anyone else, these people are a joke.

Absolutely hopeless company sent the bin to the wrong address 50 mins away as the driver got confused with the wrong suburb. The dispatcher than rang me and tries to blame me even though the driver had driven 50 mins in wrong direction. Had to cancel bin as it was holding up my job. At least they refunded quickly. I can not recommend this company poor communication lack of professionalism in customer service level.

After providing this company with extensive information and photographs regarding the skip location, this information was not retained on file for when the skip was collected and I was advised this was my error as the truck sent could not fit into the location to collect the skip.. Secondly in the 3 days between my first bin hire and my second the prices increased. I was to advised of this, just charged an additional $50 When I enquired I was told this was a general price increase, however, the prices listed on the internet are still the original price. Customer service are uninterested, seem bored and don't return calls or provide information as requested. I won't be using this service again.

Bin ordered for removal of detritus and debris for a construction job. Homeowner said to just leave the bin on the road (illegal but driver thought it was ok). Bin had to be moved due to council regulations (go figure this would be the case) and they charged for the moving it when it was their stupidity that resulted in the error. How do drivers not know the rules and regulations? I need a bin for home cleanup and will not be using this company. I don't think I could afford the hidden costs for their errors.

Rang on a Saturday morning for a skip, delivery within approximately an hour! Very professional and friendly delivery driver, Roberto, explained the skip, how to load it to maximise use etc! Cannot fault the service, would definitely recommend and use again!

Used twice in 3 weeks. Both times fast and efficent service was provided by both office staff and drivers. Good price. Highly recommended

Very poor service and be aware they use Ton instead of cubic or metre for the bin.I have been charged $100 extra for mattress in the bin (already paid) which was not mentioned at all on the website!The ironical thing: the docket states $85 for mattress but invoiced $100? The explaination is error in fine print"?EXTREMELY Disappointing experience."
