I started using Shane H. (Osteo) about 3 months ago. I couldn't be happier! Shane is a miracle worker - I had a ruptured disk in my lower back and could hardly move. Shane worked his magic and prepared me for a 80km hike in Cradle Mountain which I completed without issue....cannot thank him enough. Great practice - caring, engaging and competent.

Attended this clinic a couple of times to treat a troublesome shoulder. The treatment didn't make any noticeable difference to my shoulder, so the Osteo indicated I should get an MRI. He advised that he would email me a referral for the MRI, but the email never came. Never heard back from them - no follow up call or email with the referral. Service during the actual treatment was good, but the lack of follow up was very disappointing. I had hoped that patient welfare would be higher on their list of priorities.

Saw Ben in my Lunch break as it was the only practice open, he was so helpful and made a huge difference! The reception staff were friendly and organised. Will definitely be a reoccurring customer/patient. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fabulous clinic and staff. Easy to make an appointment via their online booking system. Highly recommend the osteopath Ben as he is professional, friendly, and knows the source of the pain/s I've come in with and efficiently treats it in 1-2 sessions. And also advises aftercare & exercises.

My remedial masseur recommended Brad Robinson at Blackburn Osteo for chronic back issues. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism combined with friendly chat while Brad sorted out my problems.Friendly and efficient reception staff too.
