Well Above 5 StarsThis has been one of the smoothest and friendliest experiences in housing I have even received, Both Chelsea & Dillon have been nothing but above excellent at everything they do, The communication from both of them was out of this world, if I was to ever build a house again I would be coming right back to mimosa. It is clear that the house itself has been put together with care and appreciation. There was not one person that we dealt with that disappointed us or left us feeling unsure. Overall experience - above excellent, friendly, caring, above 5 stars. Thank you for giving us our dream home

I would highly recommend mimosa to anyone to build withI build through Covid and it was difficult with things being delayed BUT the team at mimosa and my supervisor were fantastic and kept me up to date at least once a week. If I had any concerns they were addressed almost immediately. I loved building with them and I will be doing so again

It has felt like a long process to finally get to construction stage. Understandably paperwork is the boring part yet it has to be done. Kathy was was very knowledgeable about the process and was very professional all the way through to this point. She ensured all boxes ticked and that I was communicated to when things needed to be done.I am disappointed that I had to select a sub par carpet from the choices at the showroom. I wanted an entry level carpet I had seen in a display home and was advised it was part of my selections. Only to find that range had been discontinued and the only other one had about 4 colour choices. I’m unhappy with what I had to select and I did feel that an offer/deal could have been made on a higher tiered range for better customer satisfaction here.Overall I’m just glad to be at the next stage, hoping for good things to come

Had a good experience with the Sales team. It was only when I started interacting with the Customer Service Officer. As compared to other small builders, they were very rigid and firm and we did not have any room for even a small change without a variation contract being signed before the build commenced onsite. I can understand they are volume builders so may be a bit difficult but at least should have shown some flexibility.Now that the house has been built, the build quality is so bad that there are cracks everywhere from roof, to the walls, beam, corners, etc. Have shared a few pictures for you to judge yourself.The 6 month maintenance was scheduled for 3 June but thanks to Covid, has been re-scheduled to 24 October now (7 months..wow).All in all.... very poor build experience and regret the decision of building my first house with them.

Very grateful & happier for the great work they put it in to making our dream home into the reality.The process of home was smooth & clear from the planning till handover.We had great communication with everyone involved. The commitment & attention to detail was phenomenal. The quality of work and finishing was fabulous.Specially, Our building supervisor Jordan Anisseh was great to deal with & he did really great job.Overall, would highly recommend building with Mimosa Home.Well done!

We used Mimosa to build our home commencing 2021 and they have been absolutely amazing. We were continually updated through every stage and were always available via telephone or email. Every small hiccup that arose was fixed promptly and we never had to call twice to get things actioned. Even past the 6 month defect period, they are absolutely amazing at communication and have made building a new home such a breeze. I have recommended them to everyone who is looking to build. Also, we'd also like to thank Zed who has come to our home to fix small issues and he has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. He always comes with a smile on his face and is always positive. Thank you Mimosa for continually providing exceptional service and truly caring about your customers.

To start with Mimosa, we got in touch with Charlie (Sales) who was very friendly & helpful in our initial stage.Also the color consultant was very kind and supportive. Construction process were ok with most of the issues fixed after inspection on every stage. Rebecca was very kind at back office. Just that our site supervisors were frequently changed over past 5-6 months. So I had to follow-up a bit on the finishing stages. Got my handover last month. Overall happy with the construction from Mimosa.
