If you want to find your properties strata fees going through the roof 5 seconds after buying one of their properties this is the company you want to buy from. If your as experienced as Anthony John Group are at building apartments then id say its not a mistake and the fees are deliberately underestimated to make the apartment sales look more attractive to investors who dont realise they have been suckered until the fees start rising substantially making their asset less valuable.

Their project at Cannon Hill looks like a ghetto. Buyers purchased into the project and to date are yet to see what was promised. They do not advise as to why the development is still not finished. Other buildings and developers around the area are going full steam ahead. Buyer beware with their projects.
