You have all items for Chef and kitchen needs but you should check about your staff. We shop there three times (usually lunch time) and this One lady is consistently rude. No customer service and no patience at all. The 2nd time we visited I noticed she treat the students rudely. Her attitude seems like if you will not buy

Club chef used to be my favourite go to place to buy any kitchen equipment or uniforms, however during my recent experience in club chef, one of their lady staff whose background nationality was from Philippines was utterly rude to me and my friend when we wanted to try or check the kitchen shoe size, she gave us the impression that we were gonna damage the shoes and accusing us of damaging shoe liability. So unprofessional and rude.

I’m a regular customer here. Service and staff are excellent. Products very reasonably priced and good quality. Wide choice of knifes for any budget! And also all those little chef things you need!

Despite the shop being busy, one of the staff looked after me and helped me buy what I needed...Fantastic service from the Asian staff! It's hard to believe some people these days are giving low reviews for a busy shop like this..Customers should be more understanding and considerate! Highly recommended shop and customer service

Worst experience ever! I bought a shoes online, received the email saying that was ready to collect. Went all the way to the Club Chef in Surry Hills and when I got there ...Surprise!!!! They didn't have the shoes and tried to push me one shoes that cost 100$ dollar more expensive. Left the store without the shoes and the only thing I got was one Sorry! Never again and I wish I could give a zero stars

the staff doesn’t care about the customer, i came there but no one staff care even they are not doing anything just standing there, one staff just eating at the store, really dissapointed with your customer service , train your staff welll
