Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Sunshine

I wasn't expecting too much when I brought dad in for an eye test however the friendly staff at Specsavers Sunshine were exceptional. They were even able to cater to dad by speaking in his native tongue. They were patient, professional and accommodating. Great group of people.

Amazing service and staff! Good range of glasses. 100% recommend the Specsavers in Sunshine. My english is not very good so there were Vietnamese staff and Optometrists to accommodate me.

I have always found the staff extremely professional, very helpful when trying to select glasses, polite and timely with their appointments. Billy always helps me pick my glasses, as I am not very good at it, and so many people say how they love my glasses. Extremely happy with the entire service at Sunshine. I recommend this store to everyone to purchase glasses.

Worst customer service I have ever had at Sunshine Specsaver. Simply, I felt cheated and I actually was cheated. I had my mom's eyes checked at Sunshine Specsaver and accordingly ordered two pairs of glasses for ~$150. I waited almost two weeks to receive the glasses, and I was given one pair of glasses! When asked the reason, one came out and claimed that you were given one pair because of Bi-focal glass! Come on! It was not explained to me when I ordered and there was no reason to order a pair of glasses for my elderly mother. I asked the manager to explain the reasons, but he told me a bunch of rubbish and pointed out that two pairs of bi-focal glasses can't be that cheap..blah ..blah. I felt cheated and became a bit rude.Perhaps, they don’t care as they conduct monopoly business. People should find alternatives.

Specsavers in Sunshine are fantastic! The lovely and very helpful team gave me an eye test and had my glasses ready the following week. They expertly adjusted the fit and the glasses are just right and very comfortable!

Guys come down to Spec Savers Sunshine or any of your local Spec Savers where they’re running a special now 23 April 2022. Both my scripted glasses were 2 for $199, I had other add on’s which were also discounted. The staff were very friendly however a special mention to young Vivienne who went above & beyond with her EXCELLENT customer service always with a friendly smile.I called in early in the morning to make a booking as I was free & Vivienne took my call. She checked on the system & there were no available appointments for Sunshine but took my details down & said if there was a cancelled appointment she would offer it to me. True to her words she called me a couple of hours later & offered a booking which had been cancelled.I went into Sunshine, had the assistance of a young gentleman test my eyes then saw the optometrist. I was then assisted by Vivienne with looking at new frames & placing my order through. She was so patient, kind & did her utmost best to assist me with my questions & the many frames I looked at lol.Keep up the great work Vivienne, I’m so grateful for your assistance. You are an asset to your team. Continue with your Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much & to your team mates & I’m looking forward to my new glasses!!

Great place to get your eyes tested and hearing tests aswell. Billy and the staff were great and very helpful. The range of frames was also very extensive. Great job guys , I highly reccomend.

Went to SpecSavers in Sunshine all the staff were extremely helpful. I was assisted by a lovely young & bubbly lady - Vivienne, who went above & beyond all expectations to ensure I made the right choice of 2 sets of frames. Highly recommend the staff & especially Viviennes' honest & courteous service.

Have been going to Specsavers Sunshine for a few years now. The staff members, from the optometrist to the front store, are always so friendly and helpful. In addition, they are also extremely patient with us (family of 4 with two kids) when it came to choosing frames. Great value too especially with our private health insurance. Will definitely be returning again!
