This is the first place we stopped at on our trip from Townsville to Gold Coast for dinner. The staff were quick to greet us and were ready to jump into action. As we were placing our order another 2 employees were making it. The attention to detail including the cutlery pack in each box was great. The food was fresh and hot, which is amazing to us as Gold Coast KFC is a hit and miss. What a great way to start off the trip with a great meal in the belly.

Most if the food was way overcooked, nuggets were slightly undercooked. Burgers were chewy. Restaurant was clean and tidy, the food was the only problem.

While there are some teething problems with opening a new store such as order and/or customer service issues this store has consistently achieved, fresh cooked chicken and chicken products as well as maintaining food quantity. I purposely drive the 4km to buy from this store

Food was ok, although the chicken fillet in my burger was quite tough and chewy.What really raised my eyebrows though was the kids hanging out on the kerb in the drive through, with limbs hanging out in direct line of the flow of traffic... and the kfc staff seemingly unbothered about it.

The WORST KFC I have ever been to. I have been here quite a few times due to its accessibility and every single time I have had to go back due to an incorrect order. Tonight was no different. Ordered a 3 tender combo and they advised they didn’t have any tenders and offered me original fillets as a replacement, which was okay and I accepted. They gave me 1. One fillet. This was all I got for the price of 3 tenders. Once again they were an absolute disgrace.
