Helen was amazing from start to finish.She stayed late to help me out of a complete jam where my vintage van wouldn’t fit into the storage I had already organised at another company and a hail storm was approaching !She took it completely in her stride and went above and beyond helping me push the van in and offering advice.Helen always went above and beyond always offering extras like water on hot days, a smile and genuine conversation, I always loved going to see her and nothing was ever a problem, so rare these days.Excellent customer service, more like a friend.Helen made storage a pleasurable experience for me.
