The service is average. The cleanliness of this place is bizzare. The restrooms are rarely cleaned. The bins are almost full for a long time before someone jumps in to have the bin bags changed.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. If you're after something quick, do not come here. My feedback is not based on one experience, but every experience. It doesn't matter if it's busy or it's really in the morning, the wait is the same.

Waited half an hour in drive through for 3 soft serves only to be asked again at the window what we ordered. Order also managed to be wrong when it finally came. What happened to waiting bays????

Entered drive through at 8.11am, waited without moving for 15 minutes (3 people in front of me did not move either, but the drive through was empty!) Was parked in waiting bay waiting on a coffee and a toastie, only 3 cars came out of drive through in that time. I entered the store at 8.34am to ask for a refund as I was due to start work at 8.30am. Was given a cold coffee, which was one of 7 coffees sitting on the counter, it was barely even warm so I am not sure if the milk was even heated (I can't drink hot coffee but this was barely warm!) Was told the toastie would be 2 minutes. Poor service, poor coffee go elsewhere.

Too much stingy!!!!I have the large coffee Frape almost every day from different Mc branches.This branch gives me too little as I ever got!!!There is no standard at all !!! Unsatisfied!!!!

Disgusting. This is what I got when I ordered iced long black. They said ‘oh it’s mixed with other drinks while making it’ wait WHAT? Terrible. The head office definitely need to check their hygiene.

I and my family ordered two cheese burger meals, mac chicken, with water and apple juice for drinks. I specifically ordered an apple pie as well. We were told to go to the waiting bay. It surprisingly did not take too long. Our food order was delivered quickly. A young male worker came out to deliver the order to us. He asked us if we ordered three cheese burgers. We said no, only two, with a mac chicken burger. He then said that this order was correct. I and my mother, both, then, asked if my apple pie was inside the bag. The male young worker said that the apple pie was inside the bag. We went home, thinking that the apple pie was inside the bag. I came to the kitchen singing “I am going to eat an apple pie! I love apple pie! Apple pie! Apple pie!” To my disappointment and utter grief., my mother said to me, “There is no apple pie in the bag. They did the order wrong.” However, they got everything else right, except my apple pie. This sad predicament took place on Saturday 10 June, 2023, at around 12:00 pm. Considering the reviews about Rosehill McDonald’s, I agree with the other reviewers, that this specific McDonald’s fast food restaurant at Rosehill, has exceptionally horrible service, always forgetting and mixing people’s orders. My dad also always complains about this place at Rosehill. What is even worse, it looks like the managers (and the young workers there) of Rosehill McDonald’s do not even care, considering that this always happens to people. I give it a one star rating, because of my own terrible experience, because of my father’s many bad experiences, and because of all these other bad reviews on Google. I am not going to go to Rosehill McDonald’s anymore, even if I am ordering something so small, such as a coffee (I am not going to risk waiting so long just for one thing). My mum will make me home made delicious apple pies instead. I propose that the managers read and take note of my and other people’s review and feedback, and start ensuring that their workers work well and fix the place. Thank you to all those who read and heed my message. If one day in the future this place gets better, I will go back again. As for now, I am not ordering anything from Rosehill McDonald’s anymore.

Feral, meat patty was dry, sauce and cheese everywhere except on the burgers. Fries unsalted, workers had the fattest attitudes and couldn't be bothered speeding it up a bit, but nevermind this, the hygiene of the place is horrid. Whilst waiting 10+ mins for a cheeseburger, i saw that the entire coffee station was left out, milk without lids on, the dirtiest cups ever. Dirty workers, dirty area, and I work in fast food so i would never write a review like this but this place was genuinely a nightmare.
