Jacon and his team at SCM Projects were a great help with our renovation project. Jacon was able to coordinate plans and quotes for various works which helped us prioritise and budget accordingly. Being an experienced project manager and developer himself his advice was invaluable and we were impressed with the professionals he used and referred us to along the way.

We had Jacon project manage our recent home extension, largely due to our own work commitments but also to be a buffer between ourselves and our builder. His manner and professionalism through-out the whole process from start to finish was excellent. His costs were very reasonable and i believe we came out well in front due to him allowing us the benefit of using his building contacts he has developed over the years.

My experience with SCM Projects has been great. They have improved the efficiency of my project, and no doubt avoided a range of problems that would have arisen if I had managed the project myself. As a Sydney interstate investor with a project in Brisbane during Covid. Jacon, Matt, and Robyn have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Now due to Covid we weren't able travel up during the project.
