Yes I've been going here for six years now I've continued exercising cardio all that type of thing and also a health program a very cheap $21 a fortnight hundred and $50 for for three months if you like it you can tin you underpaid a $21 I think so it's quite good for value so yeah all around pretty good gym

Very good gym only issue is that there isn’t that many 1.25kg plates and I find it hard to find some to use on a busy day there also isn’t any deadlift specific bars just your standard stiff bars last issue is some of the plates don’t fit on certain bars but other then that it’s a really good gym and has a variety of machines

Highly recommend C-Fit. Great staff members, amazing owner. Low prices, amazing machines and a great atmosphere. Very welcoming and inviting. I won’t be going anywhere else!!
