I called & spoke with Mr Bahal Gill & explained my mum is elderly & physically frail & required notary service, he was very understanding & accommodating & saw him straight away in office without appointment. He came downstairs as no lift in building & assisted my mum with all the necessary requirements. He is very polite, empathetic & explained process to us, very easy to deal with & friendly.
