I have been going to Chen's massage for a long time and have never once had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and professional. They are totally committed to providing an excellent service. They can be busy at times but that is a sign of a reliable and popular service. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing as always. My second visit. I could barely walk due to my back pain. When I walked in, I was asked where my pain was so she had an idea. I walked out with no pain remaining, they have the magic hands as I call it. I felt listened too and worth every dollar! I won't be going anywhere else!

Chen's Chinese Massage
I went here once with my husband for a 60 minute massage. Out of that 60 minutes my husband got 30 minutes as the lady kept walking out to serve people that walked in the door. The guy that gave me a massage pointed out 'hairy' legs which was rude, uncomfortable and unprofessional. My hairy legs are none of your business and this sort of thing definitely does not need to be pointed out to the customer! Waste of money. Have never been back there. There are plenty of nicer places in Wangaratta.

Extremely friendly staff, prices are very reasonable and they have a loyalty card which give you discounts, I have been coming here for over a year and have never felt better, my posture is 100x better than when I first came in and my shoulders and upper back are not aching all day everyday, being able to be more active, both in my job and at home, has been all thanks to Chen's Chinese Massage! Thanks! Highly Recommend!

My wife has ankylosing spondylitis and was having a flare up so I suggested we get a massage.I gotta say, the ladies there went above and beyond our expectations. Easily one of the best massages we have ever had and it really helped my wife and her pain.Thank youIf we're back in Wangaratta, we'll probably drop by for a massage again.

Really nice place! Great deep tissue massage, by this team and knew which areas to work to relieve back aches and knots. Also they gave a freebie hot stone massage as could tell my back was quite tender and tight. Really good value and would recommend.

Very kind staff and it was a great massage but... i went in because of foot and neck pain and when asked where i wanted, i told them. My feet weren't touched at all which was disappointing but my painless back got a nice massage regardless.

Very good deep Tissue massage, quite pricey ,didn't like masseuse going out frequently to serve tho & talking between colleagues in own language is quite rude.
