The receptionists are very nice but the doctor is only okay (Dr. Wong)

Been going here since I was a child and still travel to continue to go to this clinic in my 30's and my daughter of 5 is been a patient here since birth , small practice but great doctors and friendly receptionist that are always that extra helpful to me and I notice put alot if care n consideration towards their elderly or special care patients , my doctor is normal running late but I think the waits worth it rather than see another doctor that rushes his patients so he can run on schedule and finish on time , it shows he cares for his patients to me and while waiting I observe the relationship s between the receptionist's and other patients and it outstanding .

This clinic needs to review the after hours sevice being offered by the locum practice as I rang on Saturday approx 0915hrs was told to ring after 1200hrs due to Gov. fees situation okay rang after 1200hrs and rang over three times over 20 minutes each call until I was answered by a female who took every detail possible then was told at approx 1300 h rs there was a 4 hour delay for a doctor well here it is 1730hours no sight of any qualified person REALLY NEED TO GET A LOCUM SERVICE THAT CAN ACT WITH A MODICUM OF ALACRITY WHEN PEOPLE NEED A DOCTOR WE DO NOT WANT TO CLUTTER UP THE HOSPITAL BUT THEIR TRIAGE NURSES SEEM BETTER EQUIPED THAN THIS LOCUM SERVICE NO WONDER THAT HOSPITALS ARE COMPLAINING. We now have a time of 1800hrs and tried ringing for over three times again each over ten minute intervals NO ANSWER but the same repetitive music designed to urge you to go out and kill the person who put it on the locums answering

If you want to know what happens to the people that fail receptionist courses and basic human interaction and manners courses I can tell you they end up here… unhelpful bunch of uninterested receptionists that look down and talk down to you.Picture it this way, the judgmental women working at charity op shops and who attend church functions congregate here. Doctors are okay.

I can’t really say much for the receptionists only that I have found them to be off putting as for the doctors I find them to be mediocre

Terribal experience with this lot. Unhelpul receptionists and terribal doctors... It felt like my mother who has now past could have got better care.

I say that He receptionist was beautiful, and Dr. Wong is a very nice and understanding person, and I feel proud to be in his care.

This is the best GP clinic that I have used in my lifetime. Receptionists are second to none friendly helpful and extremely caring. The excellent and professional health care from the doctors puts your concerns at ease thorough and reassuring. You can’t go past this clinic for your healthcare needs.

Dr Wong is the kindest , most knowledgable and understanding GP I have ever have the honor to work with ( in Aged Care ) AND have as our Family GP - over many years ...as a very busy Doctor, he treats everyone as though you are the only person he is seeing that day - He helped my Nanna so much when she was well , and when she was palliative ..as well as myself over the years - I trust him with all my soul and heart !

The admin/(reception) staff lower the professionalism of the entire clinic through their disrespect especially towards the elderly. Although, Doctor Wong is a very understanding and kind 5 stars for him.
