Last year I decided to quit the gym and never return because of previous experience until I joined NRV8. A year on since joining and I still love coming in every week to work out. I have never felt more welcomed and a part of a community than at any other gym. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are fun and varied, so there is never a dull moment, and the community and inclusiveness behind it is just top-tier.

Honestly changed our lives. We are not gym people. Gyms are intimidating for me. But this place was more family and friends than gym. We (wife and me) look forward to going. Time flies by in the classes. It’s like having a personal PT for a fraction of the cost. Would recommend.

I have been with NRV8 Fitness for a long time now. The team are amazing, the other members are amazing. It’s an inclusive environment, you have a good laugh and great work out all at the same time.This is the one gym that’s kept me coming back and I absolutely love the place.I recommend any one to give NRV8 Fitness a try.
