Would not recommend! Been attempting to get them to repair the damage on a neighbouring property that they did whilst building a home next door for over 16 months now. Incompetent, and poor quality of the works they performed on the house next door, substandard and not built to code. Damaged neighbours properties and failed to make good despite many many attempts to get them to rectify. Not to mention the digging up of local communications, NBN and power cables whilst they were building, dropping out other houses in the street. If you want angry neighbours, then build with these guys.

Disgraceful customer service... will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs as nearing 7 months from handover and still a work in progress getting anything fixed to standard.

You need the patience of a saint to go with Custom Built. I’m sure they would have built us a stunning home, however their communication is very poor. After many times waiting nearly two weeks for responses to emails I drew the line at nearly three weeks with no response and decided to go elsewhere.

A few months into building a custom design with Custom Built. A friend recommended them to us after we had been shopping around for a long time. Unlike a few others, the quote was transparent and you knew what you were getting for your money. The process has been enjoyable and they have been accommodating of the last minute changes we've made along the way. We've had the opportunity to speak direct with tradespeople and suppliers as part of the customising process. All contact, from directors, employees and tradespeople has been with personable, like-minded people. Anita was outstanding at working through the onerous selections process. I'll edit this review and post some photos on completion of the build but so far so good!

Affordable luxury and great customer service. We have just finished building with custom built new homes and renovations and I can honestly say from start to finish we were engaged on decisions, informed on necessary alterations and great in dealing with our neighbours. CBNH took care of everything and finished our build to a very high standard 6 weeks early

We couldn’t be happier with our new home and with the service we received. We’re so relieved we close these guys.

So great! We saw our dreams become reality with Custom Built. Every step of the process was easy and we came in just under budget, which is always a win. Anita, particularly helped us confidently make all the right selections and had some great suggestions. A total 10/10 experience.

Had some delays but from what I can gather this happens to all builders. Apart from the roofing guys, all the tradies were excellent. V experienced supervisor made some good calls. Can recommend.
