Always good sales to be found here...great customer service

Absolutely atrocious service. Stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting to buy earings and was completely ignored. We eventually walked out and bought from Goldmark. Do not shop here.

Got a ring from prouds in Shellharbour for Christmas from my long time partner.Ring was sold saying it was 9ct gold. Receipt said it was 9ct gold plated...I wore ring for 15 mins maximum....was told no exchange, sorry for selling a mislead product and told to go by manager as I wore it.Never shopping there again. For shame prouds. U have lost a lot off business from us.

Happy to report after shopping @ Prouds Shellharbour this week, i would like to acknowledge your store person Katie was very helpful advising the various items i requested information. Katie showed fantastic customer service and i am happy to recommend a visit to your store

Was waiting for a long time to buy a pair of earrings. Lady cut in front with her return. Stood there for 25mins. Was still waiting then. Haven’t been acknowledged. The service would’ve been 3mins. The exchange on the customer before myself is beyond patience

The woman who served me at Prouds Shellharbour last week, made no effort to help me. I was after a v shaped gold ring. She didn’t even offer to show me any options, she simply said they don’t have anything like that but I could try Louisa. As soon as those words came out of her mouth I politely thanked her and exited the shop. Whilst internally feeling quite embarrassed, I made my way over to Angus and Coote. A very kind woman helped me with the entirety of my request. She was friendly and made me feel wholeheartedly comfortable, compared to what I had experienced earlier in Prouds. I bought a beautiful 9CT, double v shaped gold and diamond ring, one that looked remarkably similar to the one I found online on the Prouds site!

Walked into the store. Looked around, found what I was after. Waited for service. And waited. And waited. Were we even acknowledged? No. Customer service 101: greet customers. Took our business elsewhere.

Wouldnt recommend buying anything of value here as quality in most items ive found to not be that good. Also i got sucked in to the because you bought this watch you can buy this $80 pendant for $40" type thing. Had a look in the front display as i was walking out to see nicer ones for the same price so was dissapointed so i definatly wont be doing that again. Staff are nice but are always understaffed compared to all the other jewellers when ive been here"

Had such a lovely experience today, was served by a lovely worker named Jacinta and followed by another worker which I didn't get her name unfortunately but she had blonde hair and both ladies were such a delight. They helped me exchange an item for a sizing reason and took their time assisting me and making sure I was satisfied with my exchange. Props to you girls!

Jacinta was such a lovely help yesterday with my sisters & I. Lovely customer service! Thank you beautiful.
