We would thoroughly endorse Michelle PRD with her helpful kind property inspection and lease renewal.Her inspection today was non invasive efficient & professional.

I rented for 2 consecutive years Aug19 to Aug21. I found the property management team to be highly professional and courteous I had no problems at all renting through this agency and would certainly do so again if I were back in the area.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Kim Taylor failed to communicate effectively between the buyer and the seller. He verbally finalised the contract and we got all the loan paperwork sorted from the bank following his acknowledgment. And he simply went with another buyer without notifying us. We recieved no apology from him and no acknowledgement of any wrongdoing. We weren’t notified anytime in the process. I believe this behaviour is quite harassing based on his ineffective communication skills and for him not giving any value to our time and effort and further to this, arguing with us that he doesn’t understand what we are talking about.

Staff not only ill-informed but also unprofessional in providing objective customer service. Actively demonstrated a lack of legislation knowledge causing direct cost to property owner. Subsequently staff behaver directly threatens relationship between property owner & tenant.If you wish to retain stable rental income without undue cost, or experience professional property management services it would be wise to research other providers within the Toowoomba region.

Wow Michelle Schultze!You are the rudest person I have ever spoken to. When speaking with Michelle she yells over the phone and you can never get a dam word in. I honestly don’t know how you can speak to people the way you do. So unprofessional.

In the time renting with PRD Toowoomba, it was nothing but a difficult time dealing with their agent Mitchell. He is unprofessional and lazy to be honest. He misses details and forms that are required and are his job to give out. He doesn't action emails and then requires you to call in regard to your issue. His emails were unprofessional, and it always felt like a waste of my time any time I needed to reach out. By far the worst real-estate agent I have ever had to deal with.

Very poor Property Management experience. Very lax standards. As Landlord/Homeowners, we moved back to a filthy house with lots of accidental damage (which my supposed Senior Property Manager identified as “wear in tear”). Paint chipped off every door way - all up and down length of every entry is not wear and tear – you are not meant to ricochet through doorways – merely pass through! Kitchen was absolutely filthy! Yard was also completely overgrown, and I picked up a 15L bucket overflowing with garbage their darling child disposed of when snacking outside. Tenants only lived there for 2.5 years. Took them to RTA where I was awarded compensation. Crazy thing is that PRD’s exit report mentioned NONE of the issues! I have dealt with a number of Property Managers and these were the worst I’ve ever dealt with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This Real Estate is one of the worse. Starting with blaming tenants for hooks when the tenant honestly has never had one thing on the wall. Holding the tenant accountable who has been with them for 5yrs responsible for losing their job and being in extreme hardship, making them accountable for cleaning a place that's never ever had a proper clean, the cleaner told me the tracks have never been done, Bluetooth all over the bedroom windows, that room was never occupied. Worse real estate want me accountable yet have the place up for rent already"

I had a very stressful experience with PRD Toowoomba after an agent became aggressive, destructive and abusive. Police involvement was needed, no support from company.

I had a terrible experience renting through PRD. Multiple times they entered without giving notice, one time I came home from work and found an agent in my kitchen! The owners decided to sell, we had a month to get out, I ended up homeless and to top it off they tried to keep my bond, which I had to fight to get back. Would not recommend them at ALL.
