Triple O Property Maintenance

Andrew Tape from triple 0 property maintenance has been helping me with our new flat. He has been absolutely amazing! There is nothing he cannot do! He's on time, on budget and very very capable! Carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, plastering, grouting, all excellently done. Andrew is a natural problem solver, careful, thinks things through properly. Has all the tools and knowhow! We cannot recommend him more highly!

They never even bothered to reply - even if the job was too small they could have had the courtesy to let me know.

Andrew Tape seems to not know how to follow the simplest of instructions. He has been asked on a number of occasions to complete simple tasks, yet has failed to do so and continues to do what he wants instead. I am not sure if it is deliberate or just there is something wrong with his ability to follow instructions and do what is required to get the best outcome. He is quick to become aggressive and even resorts to underhanded tactics to achieve his own outcomes regardless of whats best for everyone. I question his trustworthiness and reliability to get things done. He seems to spend more time and energy on trying to get his own outcome at any cost.
