A small store, promise and then never deliver. Will not shop here again. Being a small store I thought we would get more cooperation. Small businesses wonder why they go under. Customer service should be a number 1 priority.

I have been a customer of PC plus for almost 10 years now. Every time I go in they are consistently friendly and professional. I have gone to them for all my computer needs. When my child spilt milk on my laptop and broke the cooling system PC plus didn’t try to coerce me into buying a new laptop, they offered a simple solution of a cooling attachment and fixed the problem completely. When it came time to get a new laptop I was able to do that through them as well. They set the whole system up for me and everything was up and running when I collected the laptop. They have helped me recover my data when I broke my hard drive, they organise my anti virus annually they even ordered a car mobile phone holder for me when I asked about them. Rebecca is so friendly and so knowledgeable and Karen is amazing at what she does.
