I’m so grateful that Nat could fit us in in such a short time frame. She took such good care of my 14 year old Spoodle and was so warm and gentle. He’s come home with more pep in his step than usual, smelling devine and looking fabulous (and think he knows it). Great communication, prompt response time, easy drop off/pick up and such a friendly encounter. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Nat ☺️

Nat is wonderful. Our groodle Sparky was scared of being groomed after a negative experience with another groomer. Nat’s kind and gentle approach has worked wonders overcoming his anxiety. We couldn’t be happier.

Ozzy gets so excited when he realises he is going to Nat to be groomed. Ozzy is a very excitable dog but Nat is so gentle with him and he knows how good he looks afterwards and wants to show everyone. A very positive experience for Ozzy and for us.

Have been to looking for a good groomer after 2 not so great attempts with my cavoodle. Natalie certainly new exactly what we wanted and the whole family have never been happier. Suki is so happy and excited every groom! Thanks for the great service provided.

As a first timer at the groomers both me and Jack (9mth old red heeler X) were unsure what to expect. Nat was so welcoming, down to earth and caring that all my concerns left me immediately. Jack was a bit anxious as he hasn't been left with other people before but when I picked him up he was happy and smelt sooo good. Nat deshed him and clipped his claws. We will definitely be regular customers!

Hands down the best groomer. Nat is personable and makes your baby feel totally at ease. Nat even took a picture of my little idiot post groom - if only you could have seen her scraggly self beforehand! Second time here and little geeg is not only gorgeous, she's happy too. Thank you nat!
