Our experience with Advanced Home Improvements was the best we have ever had with getting any work done on our home. From the initial phone call to the company to the final job everything was perfect. Shane is coorperative and fair; he's a great builder.We had a problem with the roller door company and Shane worked hard to come up with a good solution, even when the roller door company was rude and unhelpful.We would happily use the services of Shane and Advanced Home Improvements again :)

Filled out online form to get a call back. Never happened. Tried again after the Christmas period and was able to book an appointment for a quote. Old mate, Shane, comes and does his thing, says it'll be a few days til we receive the quote. A week goes by and nothing, so we follow up with an email that gets ignored. It's now been three weeks. If you don't want to do the job, let us know. Unreliable and unprofessional when we're willing to pay big dollars for your service.
