Got served by (MADDY) in the drive through and she was nothing but unprofessional and rude, laughing over me the whole time i was trying to order and was more focused on her co worker then doing her actual job (SERVING THE PEOPLE). Extremely unprofessional and i want someone in management to do something about it.

Very disappointed at the lack of direction while under renovations.I’ve been a regular to the store for as long as I can remember. Usually to and from work to get a coffee.When the renovations started I didn’t know about it and drove my usual was to work (which is a long journey)As it’s a long journey as a shift work I use it as a break for road safety.I found the store closed, no signs no nothing. I thought it had closed down.Social media eventually revealed it was open, and this morning on the way home from night shift I dropped in.At first I thought it was closed, then noticed a Mac Donald’s employee walking in. I then spotted a small sign saying drive through was open.As for the last over 10 yearsI placed my order and proceeded to the last window. And know one came.I parked my car, and tried to find my way into the store. Still no serviceI called the store using my phone, and explained I had been waiting a long time. And wanted my order.I told them I was waiting at the delivery pickup counter.I explained to the on duty managerAbout the poor lack of directions it was like a response “who gives a #uck” although that was not said.I don’t know about everyone else but I have supported this store for an awfully long time. All I wanted was my order, and to get home after a long night shift. I don’t know if I want to use that store anymore, and I’m going to try and work a new way home.For the owner of the store, good direction, ethics, customer service is still the winning package, but in this case the store has failed.

The store may have a better look but the service has gone downhill. We ordered 2 large sundaes and a large coke-all of these items were VERY under filled. Prices continually go up but we are being served less product for our buck.

Just went through the drive thru to get a iced chai latte... the girl working the intercom had what I view to be the worst customer service I've ever received. 1st she sounded annoyed with what I asked for. 2. Upon reaching the payment window I realised she had put a normal latte not chai, when I corrected this, she rolled her eyes, and kept sighing as she tried to change it over. She rolled her eyes continuously and I was made to feel like a burden. I would have given 1 star but the actual chai latte was yummy so I gave 2 stars.... if I was this particular franchise I would definitely change the person they have working the drive thru.

Don't know what it is, but this place never seems to get it right. The service has always been fine from the team, always polite, etc, but my orders always seem to look like they have been sent by airmail! Badly wrapped and half assembled. The store has just undergone renovations, but it still doesn't deliver on the quality of product.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and got a half assembled burger. Ordered by uber again tonight and got a different kind and cheaper burger. So inconvenient when after a tiring day of work you just wanna rest and this is what you got!!!

I love the new renovations! So much more welcoming. The staff are lovely! I accidentally a chai latte instead of dirty chai and they gave me a free coffee shot! So kind!

Popped in for a quick coffee and was happy to find I could order over the counter and not use the digital order boards ( being 70 yrs old)It looks like the place has been renovated since my last visit...modernised.Was served by a happy and pleasant young girl.Didn't have to wait too long and the coffee was hot and delicious!The restaurant was clean and tidy ( well it was 6.30am) and updated since my last visit.Plenty of parking and easy handicapped access.

Pulling up to the drive through, only a few things on the menu, not the whole menu.I left and went to hungry jacksWhy have Macca's gotten rid of the whole menu? And don't even get me started on those stupid scrolling menus.Why would anyone selling food not display a menu, especially at a drive through?!

I like the remodel, but the staff were so rude our last visit. It was really disappointing. We came when it wasn't busy and the restaurant had rubbish on most of the tables, nothing had been wiped down. Tables now in the play area is a good idea but they were covered in food and spilt drinks.We choose to takeaway our order and the young girl at the counter threw the bag at us across the bench. Completely unnecessary, but she was distracted by laughing and chatting with friends who had come to hang out at the counter while she was working". Our order was missing a burger
