I like places that are experienced, professional, efficient and friendly, especially when Im paying premium price for the service. Sculpt brows and lashes ticks all the boxes!The ladies there are always super nice and helpful, polite when giving recommendations, patient and flexible when it comes to requests. They've never made me feel uncomfortable or a 'bother' for asking to change the shape, shade or tint after they are done. They make sure you walk out the shop confident.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted - The lady didn’t talk me through the service or ask me what I wanted/ didn’t want. I think it’s important to ask customers what they are after. Would have been a higher star rating if there was more communication.

Average brows at best! Not to mention I had an appointment today and they texted me yesterday to confirm, I rock up for my appointment, only to find the lights off and the door locked and no communication on their part asking me to reschedule my appointment. I drove all the way into the city and they wasted my time. You’ve lost me as a customer. Big mistake, huge. ☺️

Went in for a brow wax and tint today as I desperately needed them done. I had grown my eyebrows out for a few weeks so when I get them done next they will be a fresh canvas and ready for a new clean shape. Nothing wrong personally with the lady who did them, I didn’t even catch her name… but got home and discovered they were abit uneven and the front of my brows missing hairs. I think she may have been new? Unsure also $50 for this service..

The girl was nice but didn't talk to me for the whole time she was doing my lashes. i loved them at the start but they fell out so quick its been less than a week and they're so gapy. Won't be going back

I have been having eyelash extensions done for sometime now. Recently moved to FNQ.I had lash infills (4weeks) by this business and the lashes fell out daily. All gone within a week! I didn’t get them wet, no steam, no eye oil or creams.I took photos daily of the lashes that had fallen out and sent the pics to the business along with a message with no response. I called them and they said the manager will call back..no response. I don’t usually write reviews but I am so dissatisfied. I do not recommend this company at all.

I have been coming to sculpt for about a year now and absolutely love coming in, all the girls are so kind and welcoming. Sophie has been doing my lashes and they are some of the best lashes i have had!Also had my first brow lamination today with Seisia and to say im obsessed is an understatement. Definitely my go to salon <3

Amanda is absolutely awesome!!! I got a full new set, because my lashes were really damaged from the last place. She took a lot of time to explain everything to me. I felt super comfortable and my Lashes look absolutely incredible! They are about two weeks old now and still look really good and full. I would literally move to Cairns just to get them done there regularly!!Thank you so much Amanda!!! :)
