Very clean rooms, with plenty of space. Very friendly staff and the location is super close to Bayliss street. Extremely convenient and brilliant price point.

Booked the Mercury Motor Inn due to availability and having a dog and it was absolutely disgusting I immediately left. However, City Park Motel came to the rescue with a booking and they were super lovely! The motel is VERY clean, fresh and comfortable in a great location. Thank you for everything!

Would not offer a refund. Typical business has no problem taking money from people, but find it very hard to refund it. Will never be staying there as long as i live.

We stayed 3 days in this hotel and it was not the best experience.We didn't even change the bath towels, the pillows were dirty and the toilet had to be cleaned with antibacterial wipes and spray because it looked dirty, I don't think I would recommend it to anyone unless you have animals and no other choice.. I don't want to stay again here. I have taken pictures that can survive what I write if requested by the management.

Extremely unhelpful. Rachelle was very difficult to speak to, said she just works there and it is completely impossible for her to pass us on to a manager / owner to speak to - Refused to change the date of the booking, lied saying she couldn’t help and no rooms available. After speaking to Expedia we discovered the motel does have the ability to change the booking and rooms were still available to book online. Unsure how this motel is still up and running - doesn’t appear to have any interest in actually having customers stay at the motel? 0/10 would not recommend.

Got stuck in Wagga Wagga due to car break down, called City Park, they beat the online rate. The folks running the place were really helpful, we worked out a late check in, they let us stay beyond check out time without hesitation while we sorted out stuff with our vehicle. Room was good, no complaints about anything. Happy to recommend them.

Wednesday night and the room two downpartied till 12:30pm with screaming and laughing and music from their car parked out front. Nobody seemed to care and nobody to contact. Noisy plumbing from adjoining rooms. Train noise. Road noise. A bedside lamp but no power point to plug it into. Lumpy mattress, torn sheet, broken bathroom light switch. Toaster but no plates or cutlery. Woken at 2:45 and 3:30 by screaming kids and choice threats by parents. Woken again at 4:45am by someones alarm on snooze 5 times. The only positive - fluffy towels. Do yourself a huge favour, drive on past, sleeping in your car would be better! Hands down worst place I’ve stayed in a very long time.

We had a great 1 night stay. Great customer service, our room was immaculate and perfect for travelling with a dog. The outside area was kept so clean and there was plenty of lush grass for the dog to sniff around on. Would absolutely stay again next time I’m in town.

This is a decent motel in a great location. Its not super new but the beds are really comfy and the manager is nice. He will go out of his way to make sure you have a good stay and is also very welcoming of dogs. I have stayed here multiple times with my whippet and we enjoyed being close to the river for a walk as well as to the main street of town. They cleaned the room well very during my two night stay.
