Been in Byron for 5 days and this has been the best food we've had so far. Nashi Pear salad with soba noodles was fresh and flavoursome, and the perfect light lunch menu item on a warm day. Kids had the wood fired pizzas which the friendly waiters told us use almost all Italian ingredients (including the prosciutto) bar the local Mozzarella. Beautiful cup of coffee to finish all whilst overlooking the lovely gardens and pool area. Highly Recommend.

Ate here twice whilst staying at Elements, once for breakfast and other for Christmas Day. Main overarching problem was lack of service experience in staff. When staying at a high end resort like Elements, good service in the restaurant is a basic that should come.Christmas Day sitting had a series of unfortunate events, starting off with being seated at a table for four when there were five; platters missing key ingredients and taking about 10 mins to receive after asking; and lack of staff around to take drink orders (had to go up to the bar myself to order).Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing. Worth going into town to some of the amazing cafes. I got the fritters which were stodgy and not great. Ordered a juice and turned out to just be a bottled juice from Emma & Tom’s, not that it said that on the menu though.

Consistently good food here be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Best arancini I have ever tasted and the steak and pea risotto are highly recommended as well. Perfect if you want to stay in the resort and not having to go out for food. Service can be a tad more attentive though.

We stayed at the resort and had breakfast in the terrace. Unfortunately the service/flexibility was a bit underwhelming when asking to adjust the order based on dietary requirements buy the food was good in the end.We also had dinner in the fine dining area which was a much better experience, especially because of the service of the (blonde) sommelier. She made our visit memorable and enjoyable, the food was heavy but delicious!

Probably the best Napoli (Naples) style pizza I've ever had outside of Italy, they must have imported talent and ingredients to make it this good. The crust is chewy and has a sourdough note, the fior di latte is generous and mouth watering and the sausage they use is devine. We had the tea cocktail and the negroni cocktails were delicious and full of gusto, it was so strong I had to wait for the ice to melt a bit before drinking. We both thoroughly enjoyed the handmade pasta with prawns, it's a big serve and there are lots of prawns, I would advise you to move the chilli oil to one side as it gets a bit oily if you don't eat quickly. To finish we shared a sweet cocktail with aquafaba (it tastes like egg whites but is actually vegan). The staff are extremely professional and attentive. As we went in November 2020, no discount was offered for Accor plus members or elites.
